Return Policy
Due to sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will accept returns only when you have received a defective or incorrect item, however we can not accept returns on used or opened products under any circumstances due to sanitary purposes. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must return the unopened product in the original packaging within 30 days. Please check all items when you receive your order and if an item is missing, please contact us immedidately. Please feel free to e-mail, write, or call, to let us know you are returning an order or to ask a question about an order or product. In the return package also include the packing slip and a note telling us what the problem is. You may send the item back by any method you prefer but we recommend that you send the return back by a carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS,or Registered Mail) that will track your order and makes sure it arrives to us. You will be responsible for the shipping fee associated with the return item. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks to receive your replacement, credit, or refund.

Cancellation Fee
We respect your decision to cancel your order, however processing fees are charged to us by the Credit Card Company, therefore we must pass on this fee to you. If you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, a 10% fee will be removed from the total amount charged. This is simply the fee the Credit Card Company charges us to process the credit card both ways (to run the original order and then issue a credit). We can not cancel your order once it is shipped.
